  1. How far in advance should I do a hair and makeup trial?
    A trial should be done a few months before your special day! Just in case you have a change of heart on your hair or makeup, you have enough time to do another trial. There is a discount price for re-trial.
  2. How long do a trial last?
    Hair and makeup trial is 3 1/2 hours, just one service, 2 hours. Time includes a consultation before trial, service, discuss the results, and making adjustments if needed. If time permits we can try more than one look.
  3. Do you come to the location for the trial and wedding day?
    Yes, we're a mobile hair and makeup service, so we will come to you for your trial and wedding day service. A traveling fee for both may apply depending on the location.
  4. How do I prep for my hair trial and wedding day?
    For your trial and wedding day, it will be best if you shampoo your hair the day before. Hair should be completely dry and product free on the day of. If you or anyone in your party is inquiring about getting a blowout, please let us know when booking your trial. We will book you with one of our blowout specialists.
  5. How do I prep for my makeup trial and wedding day?
    You should have a fresh face the day of your trial and wedding day. If you wear a special moisturizer please inform us when booking or the day or your trial. If there's any special direction, your stylist will let you know the day of your trial.
  6. Are the artists skilled with all skin tones and hair texture?
    Yes, all of our artists are skilled with all types of skin tones and hair texture. We also have artists that specialize in many services. We welcome all cultures!
  7. What type of products do you use?
    Our artists use a large variety of name brand hair and makeup products. To name a few, Makeup - Bobbi Brown, Nars, Anastasia, Laura Mercier, Makeup Forever, Tom Ford, Tarte, Young Blood, Bare Materials, Iman, and more. Hair - Schwarzkopf, Paul Mitchell, Kendra, Joico, Biosilk, Aqura, and more..
  8. Do you have a team to cover large party?
    Yes, we welcome party of all sizes! If you have a party over 15 people getting both hair and makeup please let us know at least 7 months in advance We also accept day of add-ons if time permits.
  9. Where are you and our artists location?
    We are a mobile service, we have any artists in different areas. Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange County, and Dallas,TX.
  10. Can I just book for only my bridal party and I have a separated artist not affiliated with C.A.S Experience.
    Yes, that's totally fine with our. If it's 1-2 people, they will get charged for a event style with is more. For a party of 3 or more it will be the regular bridesmaids prices. There will still be a traveling fee, covered parking, deposit, and a sign contract.
  11. Is there a deposit to book?
    Yes, there's a signed contract and a 30% or 50% deposit (depending of the size of the party) to book and lock-in date, time, and artist/s.
